300 strings on a 126 cm wooden dowel.
It took about a month to measure, cut, and melt the two ends of 300 1.5 mm strings, then add them to a wooden dowel (resulting in 600 strings hanging).
Each row has 75 square knots (600/8). Each square knot has 8 strings.
This was not the original plan when I cut the string, so when I finally decided what to do I wasn't sure how much I actually could do but I'm very happy with the results.
